Stand proud

An animal on four legs stands proud: its chest comes up, its head goes high and its tail stands up, happy. It stays so.

What it is for

A dog that has just fetched the ball, a cat on top of the shelf. It is what Flex, Inflate, Hands on hips and Arms folded play on four legs.

The principle it shows: up is confident

Pride lifts everything: the front of the body tips up (the torso turned up at the front), the head rises, the tail goes up and the ears prick. The paws stay where they are.

The program, line by line

when it starts
  show the side view
  at the same time:
    โ€” 1:
      glide torso 0 over 0 s
      glide torso 10 over 0.5 s (out)
    โ€” 2:
      glide head 0 over 0 s
      glide head -18 over 0.5 s (out)
    โ€” 3:
      glide tail 0 over 0 s
      glide tail 35 over 0.5 s (out)
    โ€” 4:
glide left ear 0, right ear 0 over 0 s
glide left ear 15, right ear 15 over 0.5 s
    โ€” 5:
      look happy
  wait 0.9 s

Try this

  1. Take 0.9 s over its first change instead of 0.5 s: a slower stand proud.

In the program: ramp ยท over 0.5 โ†’ 0.9

  2. Turn the body's tilt to 13 instead of 10: a bigger stand proud.

    In the program: ramp ยท to.part:torso 10 โ†’ 13

How it differs from the others

Droop is the same parts the other way: down.

Works on

The two in the film above, and what the move turns on each: worked out by the build, which plays the move on each body and checks what moves. Nobody types this table.
