Beg

An animal on four legs sits up and begs: up on its haunches, front paws folded in front of its chest, nose up, bobbing hopefully.

What it is for

A dog asking for a treat, a dog dancing to the music. It is what Sway plays on four legs.

The principle it shows: up on the haunches

Begging is sitting turned further: the body tips up about the back legs until it is upright, the front legs fold in at the elbow and the paws fold down at the wrist, and the nose points up at you. A little bob keeps it alive.

Try this

  1. Take 0.4 s over its first change instead of 0.25 s: a slower beg.

In the program: ramp ยท over 0.25 โ†’ 0.4

  2. Sink the body to -48.7 instead of -37.5: a lower beg.

    In the program: ramp ยท to.dy -37.5 โ†’ -48.7

How it differs from the others

Sit (four legs) keeps the front paws on the ground; Paw wave lifts one paw.

Works on

The two in the film above, and what the move turns on each: worked out by the build, which plays the move on each body and checks what moves. Nobody types this table.
WhoMoves?What moves
Sunny (one of the six people)yeswhole body, turns, body, head, arms, legs
